As reported last week, we are in (but not settled in) to the restored Tryon Depot, our home for the next 20 years. Above, Juliet packs up her office prior to the move. Below, she is hard at work in her "cardboard cubicle," a temporary setup while the rest of our office furniture is delivered, set up, and arranged. By the time you receive next week's update, we should be comfortably ensconced in our fancy-schmancy new offices.
Our office was closed yesterday (Monday) -- and today (Tuesday) as well -- because of a big snowstorm that shows every indication of getting much worse before it gets better.
However, the world goes on, and our nifty new phone system allows us to be available. If you need to speak with either Juliet or me, just call one of our regular office numbers (see the box to the right) and follow Juliet's friendly instructions.
One more very important piece of news: We are planning two open houses for later this month. The first, for clients and their invited guests, will be Tuesday, January 25 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The second, which will be open to the public, is Wednesday, January 26 at the same time. Clients will be receiving invitations soon.
Enjoy the snow!
